HOW DO I REBOOK A NEW DATE AND TIME SLOT USING MY CANCELLED CHRISTMAS TICKET?

Please go to the booking page and choose a new date to visit. Then just add the e-mail address into the box at the top of the page to access your free return visit to the same value as the original Christmas tickets booked. The e-mail used must be the same one used to book Christmas tickets. TICKETS CAN BE TRANSFERRED UNTIL THE END OF SEPTEMBER.

FAMILY TICKET

A group of 4 people which can be family or friends.  One of the group must be under 12.

Please note that tickets booked using a hotmail e-mail address will go into your junk or spam folder and are usually then deleted after 10 days so please download your tickets as soon as you have purchased them.

CHILD TICKETS

Pre-walking infants are free. Children who are walking and under 12 can access the attraction with a child ticket. Children 13 and above will require an adult ticket.

WHAT DISCOUNT APPLIES FOR CARERS?

Disabled visitors should purchase one normal entry ticket and one carer can accompany for free on production of a benefit Award Letter from the Department for Work and Pensions (e.g. for Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance or Incapacity Benefit). PLEASE NOTE THE CARER DOES NOT REQUIRE A PHYSICAL TICKET FOR ENTRY JUST A BENEFITS LETTER.

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

WILL YOU PROVIDE A REFUND OR TRANSFER FOR MY PRE-BOOKED TICKETS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?

Now that we are open for business our usual terms and conditions apply. Tickets with monetary value cannot be resold, exchanged, transferred to another date or refunded.

CAN I BUY TICKETS/ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP?

Due to Covid 19, we are not currently selling annual memberships to Groombridge Place

FACILITIES FOR DISABLED

DO WE HAVE WHEELCHAIRS AVAILABLE AND HOW TO BOOK ONE?

We do not have wheelchairs available at Groombridge Place but there are areas of flat ground in the gardens for anyone bringing their own wheelchair to the attraction.

Only assistant dogs are allowed on the grounds.

Groombridge Place follows the Kent County Council school holidays:

GROOMBRIDGE PLACE OPENING TIMES

Spring/Summer: Open daily 10am to 5pm. Last admission at 4pm. Gates close at 5pm

Winter: Open Wednesday to Sunday and School Holidays 10am to 4pm. Last admission 3pm. Gates close at 4pm

Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

PARKING

There is free parking at the attraction and disabled spots close to the admissions gate.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED IN THE GROUNDS?

Only assistance dogs are allowed into Groombridge Place.

ARE CHILDREN’S SCOOTERS ALLOWED INTO THE GROUNDS?

Footballs, scooters, bikes, rollerblades, skateboards etc are not allowed into the attraction.

FOOD AT GROOMBRIDGE PLACE

In addition to delicious coffees, teas and homemade cakes, the café at Groombridge Place offers Vegan and regular sausage rolls , freshly made sandwiches and rolls as well as the BBQ offering Vegan GF Veggie option every weekend and daily in school holidays weather permitting.

CAN WE VISIT THE RESTAURANT WITHOUT PAYING ENTRY?

Due to the Covid 19 restrictions, we require all visitors to purchase admission tickets before entering the attraction to ensure we keep to our set maximum number of visitors at Groombridge Place on any one day.

ARE PICNICS ALLOWED IN THE GROUNDS?

Picnics are allowed and can be enjoyed in the picnic fields next to the birds of prey field. There are no benches in these fields so please bring your own chairs or picnic mat.
